不一定。市场上的防晒产品绝大多数都是化学防晒或以化学防晒为主的，那些“滤光剂”在吸收、过滤、中和紫外线中有害能量的过程中，自己也被消耗，通常2小时后就没什么防护力了；而且紫外线越强，消耗得越快。
如果你用的是纯物理防晒的产品，原则上防晒功效可达到SPF值标示的那么久，但如果你容易出汗、出油，又难免用手擦擦脸、挠挠痒，那这层防护膜就有了漏洞，补防晒仍然是必要的。
